A shipping invoice will be sent from PayPal once the vinyl figure is ready to ship. Shipping includes international and domestic shipping.

For international customers, customers in Hawaii and Alaska, and customers with PO Boxes, you may receive a PayPal invoice for additional shipping charges. If actual shipping is significantly higher that the estimated fee, you may be sent an invoice for additional shipping charges.

There is a non-refundable deposit (NRD) for this item. It is 10% of the total price.
If you need to cancel this order for any reason, we will not be able to refund this NRD amount. All other deposits/payments will be refunded. 

Since there is a set number of pre-orders, this item may be limited and cannot be completely guaranteed. If we need to cancel the pre-order, you would be refunded in full.

Queen MUTO was sculpted and painted using real assets and references from the licensors, with a priority being the movie-accurate details from the scenes in Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
